Vincent Glinsky "Face of Love" Stone Bust Sculpture

A cast stone sculpture titled "Face of Love" by artist Vincent Glinsky.  Represents the Madonna or Virgin Mary.  The sculpture have a female form with serene expression and a mottled green veil. It is signed along the base.  

Vincent Glinsky (1895-1975) was born in Russia and came to America in early childhood, he attended school in Syracuse, New York and then studied at Columbia University's School of Architecture (1924-1925), City College of New York, and the Beaux Arts Institute of Design. The original "face of Love" sculpture was sone in 1950 but reproduced in cast stone in the 1960's.
