Return Policy

All goods sold by Studio Sonja Milan are vintage, original, mid-century modern pieces and therefore are more than 50 years old. We go to great lengths to describe condition accurately. Returns accepted if shop is notified within 14 days of arrival, only if/and only if the item does not arrive in the condition described on our site. Please read all descriptions thoroughly and call if you require any additional information prior to purchase.

On occasion, some large furniture pieces sustain minor damage in transit. The shipper's insurance provider will often send out an inspector to detail damage prior to a return. In some instances, when agreed upon by the buyer, the shipper will provide a restoration expert to correct any flaws onsite (at no cost to the buyer).

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
