A Plycraft bentwood rocking chair, circa 1970. The frame is in original condition - showing some minor scuffs (see close up images).
Plycraft was a mid-century furniture manufacturer known for its innovative use of molded (bent) plywood. Their collaboration with designers like George Mulhauser resulted in iconic lounge chairs. The company wasn't without controversy, as their designs often mimicked designs by other manufacturers.
Original brown fabric upholstery. Surprisingly comfortable. Ready for use.
