Pair of George III Style Chinese Chippendale "Cockpen" Armchairs

Lovely pair of Chinese Chippendale "Cockpen" Style Armchairs.  This pair appears to be from the mid 20th century.  They have a stamp on the frame "Made in Spain".  

They are in good vintage condition with some light wear to the finish.  There was one support bracket replaced at some point (see close up images) and another that shows signs of splitting (see close up)...but chairs remain solid.  The seat cushions were reupholstered at some point (it doesn't appear to be a professional upholstery job).  The existing fabric is a gray, blue and coral feather motif on a cream field). 

The seats were not properly screwed back unto the frames after reupholstery.  Rather they were simply placed back on the chair frame.  

Dimensions:  23.5"W x 20.25"D x 39"H. Seat height is 17.5" Arm height is 27.25"

They are lovely and they would fit into almost any decor.
