Pair of Billy Baldwin Style X-Base Stools with Burgundy Upholstery

Lovely pair of Mid-Century X-Base Stools attributed to Billy Baldwin.  These stools came out of a time capsule mid-century modern designed estate in the Chicago area.  The original owner's Interior Designer purchased all of the furniture at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago.  

These 2 stools were part of the original design.  They are unmarked.  We have a bit of extra fabric that the original owner saved, if you need a sample to color match with other furniture pieces.  The fabric is in good condition but would benefit from a cleaning (they were dusty when found).  The color of the fabric appears darker in person than the images suggest.  

These are circa 1950.  The internal padding has lost some of it's bounce over the years.
