Shipping Policy

We can ship purchases anywhere but given the size and weight of most furniture items, unique shipping quotes need to be generated for each customer (and are dependent on the buyers location so your zip code will be required).  It typically takes a few days to get a shipping quote.  While we are generating a quote we are more than happy to put your items on hold.  You'll be able to finalize the sale once a shipping quote is generated and you approve the added expense.  

We work very hard to create accurate descriptions of all our items, but should you determine that a purchase isn't the "right" fit for your project or your home we do accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery.  We simply ask that you notify us that an item is being sent back (at your expense)...so our warehouse is aware an item is on it's way back.  We can assist with scheduling the shipment of the return if necessary.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (in addition to the cost of return transport).
