Rosewood Gentleman's Chest or Highboy circa 1950.  This case is wrapped in an amazing rosewood veneer that has exceptional color and grain patterns.  Rosewood is a protected species so this piece may be difficult to transport internationally.

 The left side of the case has 7 drawers down the front.  The right side has an additional 7 drawers behind 2 cabinet doors.  The back of the case is finished as well (although there is a westnofa tag in one corner.). This is an exceptional piece of furniture.  

There are some very light scratches to the top of the case and some crazing to the gloss coat.   Both can only be seen in just the right light. There are some white scuff marks on the black pedestal base.  There is some staining to the inside of a few drawers.
